"It was quick and easy. I had already tried putting the pipe nipple on 3 times and couldn't get it tight enough to not leak since I had to be careful not to ruin the threads. They had a pipe wrench with a pivoting head that could grab it behind the threads. They arrived on time and completed the job in about 5 minutes or less. They wore shoe covers to not track into the house and the connection has not leaked since. <br />"

The service technician charged us for a service call, and unknowingly we paid it. A few days later they said that we were under warranty, and so they sent us a check back. The quality was very good, they did a good job, and he cleaned up very well. When I called in, the reception put me in direct contact with the technician, and he told me what to do, and what may be wrong."
