They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Then he gave me a discount because I was not happy about it. Probably broke even. Even so, it was a lot of money for such a short inspection. I have had them do work for me before and felt I got good service, however, I am going to see if I can find a more reasonably priced company in the future. Already found someone else to do plumbing work."
