"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"The need for a footing drain was a surprise to me during my basement remodel due to water leaking in through the blocks. Raman and his team got me on the schedule fairly quickly, did a great job. They also set up new plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement, and removed my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Any issues that came up, they were very quick to resolve (including an old copper pipe that they didn't install which welding came loose, and they were there same day to fix.) great honest service, reliable service. "We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us.
