"Refiguring of Water line work for the tankless water heater was supposed to be performed with water shut off valve. Work was agreed to have started on Wednesday August 20th, 2025 exactly at 9am. My contractor and I made it really clear that our building, lake point tower, has given us 2 hour shutoff notice to the building residents and the work has to be started at 9 am sharp for the water shutoff process to start. We waited with the team of building engineer, maintenance and our contractor but the plumber did not show up , when called he said he was still on on his way at 9:40 am. They knew that time was of the essence. I called J Blanton office very upset they apologized and said to reschedule for next week and they will be very careful and prompt. We scheduled for the second time for work to start on Tuesday August 26th, 2025 at 9am sharp. The building engineer and maintenance notified the residents 48 hours in advance for the second time for the work to be performed on Tuesday August 26th, 2025 at 9am sharp. We made it very clear to J Blanton that this is a high rise building and shutoff time is dedicated to this job exactly at 9am and they have to be prompt and present on time. J Blanton promised they will appear on time and we should not have any problems. Well, again same thing happened. After their office emailed us today on August 26th at 7:59am that they have dispatched a plumber and he is on his way, plumber called at 8 am and said he will not be able to make it at 9am. We were very upset and furious to hear this response. This was the second time they left us hanging. Complete utter disregard for time and responsibility. They showed no responsibility, professionalism and no commitment to the word they had given us for such an important matter. For each water shutoff schedule building is charging homeowners $500. We lost two weeks of work and JB Plumbing shown no care or concern for the importance of scheduling this very time sensitive work and all the details that went into to arrange the water shutoff."

(Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."

"What can I say about Dan and crew? If there were six stars, I would have given them all of those! Our powder room job was also flooring for the hallway and laundry room, plus a utility sink. It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. They treated our home with care, as well as our old appliances and new fixtures. We could not have been happier with all of it."
