They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. "<p>Called and got an appointment for an estimate --they were very accommodating to coming when my husband was available.  Vic was very professional and likeable-he spent a lot of time with my husband answering all his questions and explaining all the options.  He was actually able to give us a written estimate during the appointment which was great.  Called to schedule the work to be done--he was very busy so we had to wait a few weeks but that worked well because my husband was on vacation that week.  Jim was the primary guy working in the house-they were there for 5 days and I don't think Jim every stopped working.  He spent time with my husband each day explaining what he did and what everything was for and how it worked.  Vic came and periodically monitored the work and was there to help the last day to do the final connect and get rid of the old boiler.  We are very happy with the new system, very energy efficient and are happy with our choice to go with Vic.  </p> <br />"
