"Clayton was understanding of the emergency of replacing the water service pipe since we were without water for several days. I was charged less than some of his competitors might have done. In this emergency situation he was very reasonable, he was reliable and on time and he completed the work in one day. Clayton brought a young man with him to repave the concrete sidewalk and his work was also blemish free. Clayton addressed my question and concerns in a professional manner!"

"On time, in fact earlier than expected. Courteous technicians. Provided options for repair or replacement and was forthcoming about what he saw. Recommended a highly reviewed water heater. All around excellent."

"They replaced and installed a new water outlet for my refrigerator water connection. It was fast and the work was done well."

"Hired BFMD for a water main break. They were quick, clean and somehow replaced 100 feet of degraded water main line without destroying my yard or driveway. They even offered interest free financing for 18 months. Glad this is behind us and yes I would recommend!"

"Fair, honest, high-quality work, great team working together. Excellent owner that went out of his way to ensure quality work…he personally came on site to quote, had Miss Utility out in a day, began work day after quote, personally conducted post-work evaluation and secured county inspection next day! His quote was half the cost of the second bid and the inside plumbing was completed by master plumber - outstanding quality. Backhoe work exceptional - even cut and replaced sidewalk and driveway eliminating plan to fill in areas with #2 stone that would require a second contractor to repair after new line was installed - required by other contractors. My first use of this firm will not be my last."

"Alex called me almost instantly and was extremely helpful in verbally answering all my questions over the phone. He was so kind and spent 30 minutes assisting me. I had the sewage line replaced by another company BFMD, LLC who did a horrible job as well as their bate and switch pricing and a failed visual inspection. Alex was able to help me navigate my issues around workmanship of the sewage line that I had paid for."

"F. H. Furr did the tasks I requested. Two tasks required the lighting be replaced."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"The plumber was kind enough to find the correct replacement handles at a nearby hardware store and repaired a leaky kitchen faucet while I ran to pick up the new parts. He installed quickly without the need for a return service call. Thank you!"
