They came back on three separate days to make sure each individual coat was applied properly. They also hand sanded every minor detail to make sure the floor was free of imperfections. Really pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend over any other providers that might be cheaper but would not go through the same level of attention to detail and finish."

"Premier Home Pros remodeled the wet area of my main bath that included installing both a shower and tub. And I have to say I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Their professionalism is second to none!! They were very tidy and did a wonderful job with the clean up; and hold true to their word and completed the project in one day; just amazing!! They even spent time trying to unclog a slow leak that I had even before they came out. I am in the process of booking them for a second project to be completed before the year end. "Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."
