Our company has been family owned since 1947. We employ four full time auto technicians, one full time MA Inspection person, three full time office personnel and two part time office personnel. "Still Services is a horrendous company. Not only did Matthew NOT diagnose the problem but said it was something else he went on to say that he would have to rip out our shower. He's a scam artist. He did not fix the problem. Berkshire Heating and Plumbing not only diagnose the problem in under 10 minutes but fix it in under 30 for a quarter of the price. Still Services should be out of business they are terrible. They slapped us with almost a $400 bill for something that he did not do or fix. He took a piece out of our drain and never replaced it. The problem was never the drain at all, it was a pipe in the other room. We are disgusted, horrified and appalled. Terrible company. They did not change us for his journeyman fee, which would have been acceptable, but charge just for the full bill when he infected nothing to fix the problem and in fact made it worse. This company is a bunch of scam artists and they should be out of business."

Sent a meth dealer to do the plumbing and was dealing out of the back of the truck. The other guy only showed up one day a week, got minimal done, got high on the job site, and passed out. You'll end up billed for the hours. All on camera. Moved the toilet to right in front of the door so you couldn't use the toilet and close the door. Cost me $7000 to move it back because of the shoddy work. Has no understanding of things that can actually be done. It's going to cost me at least another $10,000 to finish the simple work they refused to. So many leaks also had to be repaired by someone else, totaling $2500 so far. Found chunks of concrete on top of my refridgerator, repairs coming to $3652. They will also not show up for the sppointed times when the plumbing inspector is going to show up, which is going to delay everything."
