They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. "Frank was very responsive and came out the next day to repair my washer. He was very talented and able to fix the issue very fast. My only complaint is that I didnâ t want to pay $200 for a broken lock component however I understand it was a very tedious job that requires skill. Overall, I was very pleased by the service and would recommend and hire him again."
