"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile.
