"This agreement was for a multi part job. It was at a rental property where I was in and out many times in the course of the work being done. Some was done pretty well. Other parts were done poorly or completely wrong. We had to call them back because the drain piece was missing form a shower they installed. They blamed another crew there doing other work and hesitated to fix it. On a $10,000 job, they hesitated on this little part. Most concerning were two aspects of the contract that were originally done by an fairly inexperienced employee that had to be completely redone by another employee. The minor was that after installing a kitchen sink, they left the dishwasher disconnected. The major one was a replumbing of a lawn sprinkler system. We were not sure what was wrong when we went to test it. I was at the property when the man came to right the wrongs. I figured it would be quick things that we simply failed to understand – like a valve turned the wrong way. Nope. He was there for hours. With more copper pipe, more tools, more everything. We will not do business with Talmich again."

"The tank on my toilet was cracked and not wanting to guess about the repair I decided to replace the toilet. From start to finish the job was done in 45 minutes with the old toilet being removed and the new one installed. It looks really nice. I will use this company again. "Not well. The resource sent had already been drinking and the start time was 9 am! They said that they could not install the hinge and that they would need to get a different kind of hinge. I would need to contact (John - the owner) to follow up for another time. Not all light bulbs were changed - the one on the porch was not replaced. Would not/did not perform tile request recommended replacing last 3 rows of tile - estimating 5 hours of work at $75 per hour or to redo the whole shower estimated 70 sq ft of tile at $75 per hour - an outrageous request. Again he said to follow up with John. The shower is not any where near 70 sq ft and 3 rows of tile to be replaced was not the recommendation of any estimates I received previously. I DID follow up with John and he indicated he would schedule a follow up for a good estimate - it has been 2 weeks and no response. Not recommending them."

The appointment was scheduled to have the corroded water valve that goes to my icemaker replaced. The valve was in a small are behind my refrigerator. The technician had to jump over the counter and work in a tight space. He did not make a fuss about the situation and had the new water valve installed in 15 minutes.  I have a shower drain that was draining slow I asked the technician what the price would be to snake it out, not expecting to have it done on the spot. Not only did he give a very reasonable price but he did the job right then instead of making me schedule another appointment.

We don't have a regular plumbing company, so we started calling down the list when we needed help.  I called 2 other companies first on a Saturday afternoon.  They were too busy and couldn't help us.  Anytime was the next company I called and they said they could send someone out in about an hour and a half.  Derrick arrived promptly and took everything apart, showed my husband what he missed, and put it back together so it worked.  Very low stress once he arrived.  We will use them again when we need plumbing or HVAC and very much appreciate the assistance!
