Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Her name is Laura Costello and I think that it is just one lady who works by herself. I got her off Angie's List and she is very professional and very nice. She was quick and came right out and I didn't have to wait or anything. I had an issue a couple of years back and the man sent by my home warranty company had quoted $600 to do the job. I had put it off since I didn't have the money at the time. I called this lady to get another estimate and she came out and looked at and said that it wouldn't cost anything. She said that it would be $49 for them to do a tune-up and that I could perhaps call them in the spring. I haven't called them yet but I thought that was great. I would give her the highest ratings on everything. I am going to have her come and do the job."
