Before the new windows our house was so loud (we live Near an airport) and drafty but now we can barely hear outside and are already saving on our energy bills. Installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves, I didn’t have any complaints from neighbors like some people do when they have work done on their homes. We are family owned full service handyman service and Licensed General Contractor that does 90% of the work myself. On occasion I will have someone with me to aid in assistance. I always ensure the quality and take pride in my work. I am a licensed business owner, bonded and insured. I believe in “flat rate” pricing for the client versus an hourly rate, that way the client knows exactly the cost up front. An exception is for small assembly work, we have an hourly rate. I have lived and worked my business in the same general area for 40 years and I can assist you with any job. Like I always say, I do " a little bit of everything"!

In fact, one of the others were better rated on Angies List. (2) Our product line (Milgard) was much superior to the competition. In fact, the competition (Swinton) was better rated by Consumer Reports. (3) Our warranty is better than the competition. In fact, the competition has a double life-time warranty that even covers accidental breakage. The estimator became belligerent and defensive and left abruptly. Very, very unprofessional."

Building codes call for a window well that sits at least eight inches below the bottom of the window and extends six inches past each side.
