"Called them to access my issue. It turned out only needed to replace the toilet tank flapper. The lowest level of service that allowed waiver of $49 visit fee was $207+ tax. Even with 10% senior discount it would be more than me paying the $49 house call fee plus the $98 to replace the just flapper. Technician called manager to get permission to waive $49 but manager declined. I feel manager was being obstinate and less than customer centric especially in light that I have been a customer over 20 years. I will use them again. They should have an ala carte pricing for individual pieces rather than tiered pre-priced service cost that includes service a customer may or may not need."

"Aubrey and Jordan were very professional. This was a recently purchased house with a number of plumbing issues. They very carefully went through each of the systems and made well explained recommendations. We agreed on the scope of the work; they provided a detailed estimate which we accepted and they completed the work expeditiously. I highly recommend them."

"The team at Advanced Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a specialized water heater despite some challenges with our existing setup. We had a great experience working with them on a couple of projects. They determined what would be the best model for our needs, and made ordering and payment easy for us! Highly recommend this crew for your next plumbing project!"

"Routine plumbing inspection with draining of water heater"

"They took care of the removal and replacement of our water heater in a very timely matter and were very courteous."

"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"
