"I recently had my heat pump condenser coil on my builder quality Goodman air conditioner go out. No matter what, it would have cost be approximately $2000 to replace it. Instead of throwing good money at a four year old unit, already failing, I decided to replace it. After numerous estimates ranging from $9,000 to $13,500 comparing Trane, Carrier and Lennox, I decided to go with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. While not the cheapest, I felt they were what was best for me. I work to hard to buy cheap. Although the system I went with is a rebrand of a Goodman air coniditioner, the 10 year warranty on parts and labor was unbeatable. As you may or may not realize, the expensive part of air conditioning is the labor. So the 10 year labor warranty is really what sold me. If you read reviews on all the major brands of air conditioners there are bad reviews on them all for failures. For the next 10 years at least, I do not have to worry about that. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The installers showed up punctually and were both professional and curtieous. Protective covering was place from my front door to the attic upstairs. They completed the installation the same day finishing at about 530PM. The area supervisor stopped by during the installation process to check on the installation and to see if my wife and I had any questions or concerns. At that time, everything was on schedule and there were no concerns. After the installation was complete, the installers reviewed what they did with us and asked if we had any questions. After the installation we decided to go out to eat, but prior to that, I looked at the heat pump. I noticed the removable service panel had some scratches on it. I called One Hour and described it as buying a new car with scratches on the hood. They whole-heartedly understood my concern, came out to take a look and order a new panel. A few weeks later; when temperatures began to rise, I felt the air conditioner just was not performing as it should. I called One Hour and explained my thoughts and they scheduled someone to come out. During that visit, they adjusted my Subcool with 48 degree output at the register and replaced the panel. I am very pleased with One Hour and would recommend them to anyone. <br />"
