I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!"

"I got quotes from 4 other companies. Worley's was the only one who looked for and found the water shut off valve behind a shelving unit in my garage.They were very detail oriented. The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater. When they did the job of replacing the water line in my front yard, they also put box with a turn off valve in the ground in front of my home. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the men who came here to work were very polite, nice guys."

Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. I'm not sure any other plumber would have done what he did and charge the customer for only 1 service call given he had to come to my home twice in order for me to accommodate installer for my kitchen floor. I have a couple of leaking faucets to fix and I will certainly be calling NICE GUY PLUMBING after I complete the rest of my big projects."
