"I had a 75 gallon hot water heater that failed during the middle of the night. I called Water Heaters Now at 7:00am and they had Bruce at my house at 11:30am. New hot water heater installed by 1:30pm. Bruce and everyone at Water Heaters Now did a great job from start to finish."

"The upfront scoping of the project was excellent. Joe spent the right amount of time getting the details right so when his crew arrived to do the work, they already knew what they had to do. The pricing was competitive as well, plus they offered me an extended warranty for the water heater over and above the standard warranty."

"We originally hired Randy’s in 2019 to perform an unexpected and very costly whole house rewire project to replace aluminum wire in a house we had recently purchased. Over the course of two weeks Jerakiah, our assigned electrician, and his team from Randy’s turned what could have been a tedious nightmare into a painless customer service experience. Since that time we have had to have Randy’s out a couple of time for follow-up warranty work and their responsiveness was speedy, the encounters were painless, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Tom, the project manager during our most recent encounter, was true to his word. He was attentive and responsive to our concerns, and performed above and beyond the call of duty representing our needs and interests with their vendors. Jerakiah and crew were, once again, excellent in their competence and pleasant manner. Overall, their service after the sale has been stellar. Randy’s Electric is not inexpensive but you will get the value, peace of mind, and responsiveness many contractors tout, but few actually deliver these days. Randy’s does all that and more. As such, we would not hesitate use Randy’s Electric in the future, or recommend them to anyone in need of a first class electrical contractor."

"I had a closing scheduled and the water heater broke the day before. The Water Heater People responded immediately and did a very professional job at a very competitive rate. They installed a name brand and after calling around, it was one of the best prices too. They didn't even charge extra for same day service. They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly and informative. I was very happy with them and the agent representing the buyer was so pleased that she has already called them to do another job for them. "Called and made an appointment. The plumber, Lee, showed up as scheduled. We discovered that the shut-off valve for the water to our condo unit was in another owner's unit. That owner was not home, so we had to reschedule the appointment.
I rescheduled the appointment and was told the plumber would arrive at 8:00 a.m., the first appointment for the day. On the day, the plumber did not show up at 8:00. I ended up calling to see why the plumber had not arrived. I was told that another plumber was out that day, which had thrown the schedule off. (I realize these things happen. I do wish they had called to tell me there would be a delay as the water had been shut off for three units and was keeping another unit owner--in whose unit the main shut off valve was--from going to work.)
When Lee arrived, he apologized for the delay. He replaced the shut-off valve and installed the new fill valve, which stopped the toilet from running. He also lowered the fill water level to save water. Lee cleaned up any mess made by the work and was clear at explaining what had been done and about how to use the shut-off valve in a way that could help it last longer (e.g. not turning it too far or too tightly when turning it off.) Lee explained that I was being charged for the 15 minutes from the first call (when we could not shut off the main water line to our unit) plus labor and parts for this work. (There was an apprentice with Lee both times who was very friendly and professional.)
A few hours after Lee left, the toilet began running again. I could not get it to stop, so I called and got an appointment for a time when I could be home a few days later. For this third visit, Jeff was the plumber. He replaced an O-seal on the flush valve with an extra I had on hand. He also removed some debris from the toilet tank that he thought might be interfering with the seal. He also adjusted the water fill level, which added more pressure to the flush valve, which stopped the toilet from running. He did not charge us for this call, since he was adjusting work done earlier.
Though it was a bit convoluted, we still appreciate the work done. We appreciated the idea of using less water with each flush, and appreciated the "learning" that the water needs to be a certain level to keep the flush valve from running.
Lynn, the receptionist with whom I dealt through all of this was friendly and helpful.

"My husband and I had an emergency situation with our hot water heater, we had found MN Plumbing and Appliance Inc. information from our google search. Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding even during an emergency call. They were able to have one of their plumbers come out right away to our home and diagnose and determine that we needed a new hot water heater. Within minutes of being in our home they were able to determine what we needed, where they can get the product from (delivered to our home) and installed. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Wonderful service and great people to deal with from start to finish. Thank you -"

"I called SOS on Sunday, 11/13 and left a message that my dryer had gone out and I needed a call back but it was not an emergency so I didn't need an emergency weekend appointment.  SOS called back first thing Monday morning (11/14) and had repair guys out to diagnose the issue the same day.  They also looked at my dishwasher that had stopped draining water.

Both my dryer and dishwasher needed motors replaced that needed to be ordered in.  Estimate on getting them in was 5-7 days, so imagine my surprise when I got a call 3 days later that they were in, and they would be able to do the repairs the next day (Friday, 11/18).  They were actually early for the Friday repair appointment (they called first to make sure it would be no inconvenience to show up early), and had both appliances fixed in 45 minutes.  The final cost was exactly what was quoted - just under $600 total which included 2 service calls, 2 motors, plus the diagnosing and repair of both appliances.

I could not be happier with this experience, and would not hesitate to call them again!"

"The installation went fine, but a few months later the filter needed to be changed. I was told the filters would last a year or more. There was some technical thing that happened that caused the filter to kind of disintegrate. The repair person said I had obviously changed the settings that made it happen. The settings were the same as the installer put them, as a HC person I could not get up and over there to do that. I paid the service amount and later called the manager/owner to dispute the situation. We discussed it and he said there was no way the installer would have done that and I said there was no way I could have. He said he would split the service call amount, which was around $125. I have never seen a dime of the $60 plus change amount he stated. I called back and he didn't return my calls."
