"Andrew did an inspection on the furnace and A/C unit at my home, he ran several diagnostic tests, confirmed the furnace and A/C were functioning properly, may a minor repair and cleaned the outdoor A/C Unit. He also inspected the duct work for any leaks or gaps, and made provided a list for potential issues that may emerge, but didn't push to replace the equipment despite its age."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "A three day project to replace my very old furnace and install central air throughout the house. They had to run 3 lines of new duct work plus one cold air return to the new addition. Put in a 95% efficient furnace that now keeps my entire home at exactly the same temp. Their workers were always on time and provided service above and beyond. Wish I could get this kind of quality work in everything. Because of the cold weather they will have to come back out to finish up the AC."
