"We recently had Plumbserve, LLC perform some repairs to fix leaking pipes on a shower drain and toilet. They did a great job with the repairs, explaining what caused the leaks, and exactly how their repairs would prevent the problems from recurring. The leaks had caused some standing water in a remote area of our crawl space. Apparently the leaks had been occurring for some time. That part of the house had been renovated before we bought it, and the renovators had not followed code or good practices with their new plumbing. The lead tech showed me exactly why it had failed and explained in detail, to my satisfaction, what the problems were and how he fixed them. I understand that not everyone may be interested in that level of detail, but it gave me confidence in the quality of work that they performed. I definitely recommend them!"

"Fantastic...I was freaking out a little bit when I called because the utility company had sent someone out to turn off the water meter for the other side of a duplex I bought since they said they were alerted to a flow rate of 160-170 gallons/hour! I called Devlin's and they were reassuring while listening to my situation. I was scheduled in for within a few hours! Amazing! Billy called to let me know when he was on the way, and when he arrived, he checked everything outside, including the meter, the pipe, under the crawl space, tested putting the water back on, and discovered it was a toilet that busted. Whew! He was so patient and friendly, and answered all my questions, letting me hang out so he could show me the meter and how it worked. We had a really good conversation! Once he determined there wasn't also a pipe leak (whew again), I asked him his opinion on a leak I was having in the washer box. He said he could replace that right now, and I was all SURE THANK YOU!!! That really made my day, several less things to worry about! Billy was so nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I am not using another plumbing company, I have found my go-to!

The technician did the work quickly and effectively and allowed me to have hot water and no gas leak. I would hire again no doubt"

"Our toilet was leaking water inside the bowl and it just needed the chain kit inside the tank to be replaced. You can get the part from a hardware store for less than $10 and install it yourself, very easy, a few minutes job. But since this was in our rental unit, I asked Rapid Repairs to do it. They charged $149.45 for it, which is outrageous! I had another plumber do the same job last year for another toilet and they charged $85! Unfortunately, I couldn't hire this other company this time since they were busy."

"The dispatcher showed up five minutes before time and I was overjoyed. Immediately, the specialist listen attentively and immediately got to work. After several hours and using high tech instruments and a camera to view the inside of the pipe (I thought this was awesome); details of the situation was explain and the specialist quickly unclogged the pipe and got the water flowing through the pipe without back up onto the property. The job took more than 3 hours, but it was worth the time because the specialist was able to pin-point the problem and clearly explain to me what needed to be done. Apologize for this long detail review, but Michaels & Son came to my rescue and I am glad I watched the commercial and decided to reach out to them. As a homeowner and a senior on a tight budget, they gave me a wonderful discount. Be sure to always ask for senior discounts."
