He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. "The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. "The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!
