We don't live in the area anymore and this was our first remodel. Mark walked us through the process remotely and took care of the small details that we didn't think of so that the whole bathroom just looks amazing. He not only re-did the bathroom, but also fixed all of the issues that were a result of the previous owners doing their own plumbing/electrical work in a suboptimal way. He was also very responsive to any of my concerns throughout the entire process. My only regret is that we no longer live there to enjoy the final product.
