"Called late on Wednesday afternoon and left a message stating my problem. Jeff returned my call within 15 minutes . He was very professional and asked me to e-mail pictures of the breaker so he could make sure and have the correct parts which I did. He asked if this was an emergency as he could come right away after hours or I could save money if I waited until Thursday which I agreed to as this was not an emergency. Thursday Jeff called to give me the option of either having a new breaker installed or having a used breaker he had installed at a considerable savings. I chose the used. Less than twenty minutes later Greg arrived and installed the breaker. Greg spent the time to show me where the connections on the old breaker were badly burned and how he would clean the connections before installing the replacement. I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and can do attitude. On top of it all he called Jeff and they agreed to give me a 10% discount for finding them on Angies List."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
