"MY first call was to a company listed in the white pages. The guy came, listened to my dryer told me it was the "rotors" and that they could only be ordered in a kit with a number of other components. The repair bill would be $465.00. I called Mayday. The fellow came and took the dryer apart and diagnosed the problem as one of the rollers, googled it and when he could only find a kit to order, he said he would have to research it to find different supplier. He did and came back in a couple of days and switched out the particular part. Dryer is good as new. Total cost of repair: $95 for first call out, final bill $132.10 for a total of $227.10. On top of that the fellow was nice, professional and timely. I highly recommend him. Totally deserving of a 5 star rating!!!"
