"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. "I wanted to avoid having several differnet companies come through after purchasing a home.  I went with Sears Home Services because the prices were compatible and the ratings were good.  The A/C units were service on one day and the duct cleaning was performed the next week.  The A/C technician was extremely professional and explained exactly what was being done during each step.  One of the units was slightly overcharged so he recovered a little of it to put it in optimal range. 
The duct cleaning crew was very professional and performed the service fairly quickly.  The A/C duct cleaning was a little expensive but convenient due to having everything done at once.  They did miss a little of the cleanup but it was easily vacuumed.  The dryer vent cleaning was excellent.  I had already known there was a blockage in the pipe and they were very efficient in unblocking it and making sure it was clear.
