"I would absolutely hire Ethan again. We had high water bills...he responded to my text request quickly. First ..he came when at the day n scheduled time! He was respectful of property, very polite. Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. "A regular furnace and air conditioning maintenance check on Wednesday, January 13 revealed that the heat exchanger was failing on our 17-year-old furnace.  There were other problems as well.  The condition was unsafe and we decided to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit which had been installed at the same time, to take advantage of financial incentives and improved efficiency.  We've dealt with Homer Nine for many years, and they were willing to install the furnace immediately, on an emergency basis.  The day after the furnace check, January 14, they customized the sheet metal ductwork and installed a new furnace.  They came back the following Monday, January 18, they returned and installed a new air conditioning unit.  On every occasion, they were punctual and courteous, and described what they were doing.  They cleaned up completely.  This is why we've dealt with them exclusively for many years - a very professional company which treats its customers very well.
