"I hired them to install heat pumps. They provided the lowest quote. They came and installed the heat pumps and I felt as though they were rushing through the job. They had to cut through my carport for some of the tubing. They said that they would caulk the hole and did not do it initially. They also did not explain the route they took in lieu of going through the attic crawlspace which is extremely tight in places. It was only later that I saw that they cut through a vent on the roof to run the tubing out of the attic crawlspace. Within three weeks, the minisplits stopped heating. After lots of back-and-forth, a technician came to diagnose the issue and fix it. There were leaks in the system. The minisplits have been working well since the repair. The technician also caulked the area around the hole in the carport roof. I think that that there are some good people in this organization, and I realize that everyone makes a mistake now and then. Personally, I think that they could provide better customer service by doing higher quality work on the initial installation and providing a more thorough explanation about the work they have done."

"Very well. We have an off-brand (Evergreen) mini split system in an enclosed porch area. We mainly use it for heat (heat pump) and it sometimes would start and sometimes not. Air-Pro tech (sorry, forgot the name) showed up, determined that the capacitor, although within specifications, was on the low end of the permitted range. Recommended replacement. This solved the problem, and the cost was very reasonable."
