"I was looking for a critical repair which I knew could turn difficult. The appointment service that contacted me was diligent, excellent and prompt. The repair and and installation work was extraordinary, professional, careful with old installation around, great expertise (and patience with all my questions). Fully recommend Taggart Plumbing and very specially the person providing the service, Chuck, besides expertise kept the area clean to a surprising level."

"Outstanding service and installation. Nick was very thorough with respect to sales. Dan and Ryan were phenomenal with installation. All were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with Wahl."

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits.\nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally.\nRed Carpet Treatment\nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Woodruff and Smith relocated my existing water heater and installed a new more efficient one. They were on time, courteous, and respectful to my home."

"When I called to book the appointment I was told the $79 service fee would be applied to the price if I had them do the book. This was not the case and I was still charged the fee. The work was great and the interactions with everyone was good."

"My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). Ultimately, I highly recommend this company if you want to have a test done of your water quality are considering a water filtration system."

"Great company to work with.  The serviceman was so nice and so informative.

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"He showed up on time and I watch him do plumbing and put in a gas water heater and Mike knows his stuff I would recommend him to anyone"

"I have used Chet Sprowls on several HVAC projects. Chet has installed a new AC Unit, a new Boiler, a new Hot Water Tank and serviced a Gas Furnace. Chet is very professional as well as knowledgeable. Customer service is excellent, as well as pricing. I am a customer for life! I highly recommend Sprowls Mechanical for all your HVAC work."
