"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"Sean did my service and he was exceptional. Very communicative about arrival time, did installation/repair quickly and price was very fair. Also, was able to schedule online, which was awesome, and was able to see me within the week!"

"Responded promptly to call requesting service on a malfunctioning furnace"

"My project was a water heater that was not heating the water. He was able to locate the problem quickly and had it working within a half hour. He was very polite and courteous. I would hire him again."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"Excellent service for an excellent price. Very professional. I would highly recommend."
