I had set the appointment up approximately 10 days earlier (we were out of town during that period of time). When they didn't call within the scheduled arrival time frame I phoned. They called back immediately. It was a mishandled paperwork issue. They sent a technician within two hours even though evening hours were involved. The technician, Matthew, was very professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the type of softener we have. He explained in detail how it functioned and what he was doing to correct the dripping. He was very patient with my numerous questions despite the after hours call. There were no parts involved, only labor which was $100 (he was on site for approximately one hour). There was also a $49.00 service call charge. I thought the labor charge was a little high but I had not requested a prior estimate. I will use this company again."
