"We rated Outdoor Impressions an A company is all categories. This was a large project that had several facets and included working with a pool contractor to remodel our pool and hot tub, so as with any large multi-company job it had its challenges. However, the guys at Outdoor Impression resolved any issues that arose and the project turned out great. The company did a great job on the project and it looks great, but one of the more shining moments for the company was the follow-up they did on an appliance repair. A few days after the job was done and Outdoor Impressions had been paid in full, the blower motor on our exhaust fan started making a noise. Outdoor Impressions worked with the manufacture to dispatch a tech for the repair, but it was not that easy. The exhaust hood is installed inside a structure that is covered in stack stone, so the hood manufacture said the hood would have to be removed for the repair. I became extremely worried that this may be like pulling teeth to get a company that had already been paid, to come back out and do the right thing. However, I was proved wrong. Outdoor Impressions came out, removed several pieces of stack stone and the cement board, so the hood could be serviced. After the service they order new stone (at no charge) and came back out to re-install the stone. These are the instances that separate a company that will be around a couple of years, with a company that knows if they do the right thing, they will be around for decades. "Beautifully. I needed a material that termites would not attack (as they had gotten into our previous wooden cabinet). These cabinets are indestructible and look like an indoor expensive cabinet. I'd shopped the big box stores looking at their outdoor materials and those do NOT compare in professional finish, etc. While these cabinets are more expensive compared to regular cabinets or the cheap nearly unfinished big box store ones, these will last a lifetime. Our lanai is compete and now more user friendly! Love the look. Everything was as quoted and Bill went over the top to make certain we were satisfied with each item."
