I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. He had three weeks to do about 6 weeks worth of work. He organized it efficiently and effectively between himself and a few other considerate and equally diligent workers. I did take more than a week on a FULL BATHROOM REMODEL . I am a small company . I don't know everything . I learn new things every day . and not all jobs are picture perfect . I have all the pictures of your job and receipts on all the money that was spent . and the e mails you sent saying you were probably not going to pay me . that's why I withdrew from the job . I haven't been payed a single dime and have 1200 of my own in this and 4 guys not payed either . I learned a lesson though . I gave you a price that was way under what it should have been to help you out . I will never do that again . and as far as the water damage . it was a wet spot in the ceiling . caused by the pressure tank not shutting off and I called you as soon as I seen it . and I have pictures of that as well ."
