Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). "Removal of existing tile in our laundry room and replaced with new tile. They were a joy to work with. Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"Jakubek is a reliable family business, and we absolutely loved working with the father-son duo (David&Robert). They were on top of the project from the start, giving us a clear understanding of what to expect in what phase and their estimates were fair with clear breakdowns (unlike other companies giving you quotes based on fluffy assumptions). They have a good team of workers who did an excellent job in both our bathrooms, which we renovated, so the work included several things from structure change to tile installation, electrical, plumbing and handy services. More than the people or the work itself though, we appreciated the project management and communication from David. David constantly communicating and sharing updates on the project helped us move smoothly and stay on top of everything. We love our bathrooms now, and we feel like we live in a totally new home because both bathrooms completely changed! "The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc. <br /> The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied. <br /> My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them. <br />"
