"Ryan Swan was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgable about everything we needed help with. He spent 3 hours at our house completing the following: installed a new toilet, installed a new electrical outlet, installed a new water line to our refrigerator, glued intake and exhaust PVC pipes on our furnace, minor repair to our garage door and repaired a few spots on our roof that needed tar to prevent leaking. We look forward to working with Ryan again."

"We had a ceiling fan that had to be installed in the master bedroom w/remote; upstairs hallway fixture had to be installed and new electrical box, kitchen chandelier was installed, upstair bedroom had no electrical box so he installed one and put in the ceiling fan, and added a new light switch to the dining room chandelier."

"Literally a truckload of dirt and old insulation was removed from a crawlspace under a town house. Openings in the foundation were sealed or covered, the floor was swept clean and the crawlspace walls sprayed with insulating foam. 2-day job in tough conditions and with limited city parking, professionally and efficiently executed, indeed resulting in a perfect crawlspace. Top marks. Thanks to Greg, Jim, and the crew.

"We have a smoke alarm that is located 20 feet u from the floor. Several people declined to come out, including one that wanted $89 just to come and give us an estimate. The $89 did not apply toward the estimate if we accepted. Richard Riley, from Electrical Edge, had us text a picture and said he would be happy to do the job.
