"I got a five hour deal and it was all fantastic. He even went to the store and bought materials and threw in picture and curtain hanging, etc, to fill out the 5 hours that were contracted. I plan to use them for a comprehensive renovation and updating soon."

He was very knowledgeable about his Craft which put my Wife and I at peace knowing we had the right Person on the Job! To top it all off the Character of the Plumber was very Integral and Determined! "Call and scheduled to have a plumber come out on the 20th of November 2018. Unfortunately, they sent out an inexperienced plumber and it took him over two hours to do a 1/2-hour job (changing the guts of the toilet). He was on and off his phone in his truck for at least 30 minutes to get guidance from dispatch (I assume it was dispatch; hopefully they were not personal calls). I have no problem with inexperience, everyone needs their time to gain skill, but Butler’s shouldn’t have charged me the same hourly rate as one of their experienced techs. I also have a leak in the sink supply valve which the tech said he fixed but is still leaking. He replaced the new toilet seat, but broke a bolt cover, so I had to put the old one back on and return the new one. Again, I understand that new guys need their time to become experienced, but companies should allow for that when it comes to hourly billing. Bottom line, it’s going to take them longer to do the job! Reason for the “F” is that I sent Butler’s Plumbing 2 emails to try to work something out and they ignored me! Buyer Beware!"

"First guy came fixed it and said it was going and we would need a new one soon. So we would use it till it went. No issue there. Called them back because the water was not hot enough and he did not put it back where it was. They said it would not be no cost since they where just here. Different guy came and said he didn't touch it and it the water heater so he would have to charge me. As far as I'm concern I don't know what He did under the house but I will be able to tell when I run the water if he higher it or not and I was not going to pay them. He left and he did higher it because my hot water so far is good. They were looking to put a new one in. Yes eventually I will need one we know that but I don't need a company they is money hungry and try to get over on people."

"Waters Plumbing is AMAZING. I can't say enough about Julie (who answers the phone). My current tenants were experiencing high water bills, so I called another company to come out and find the issue. They came out, didn't really look into it too much (the toilets were running, they didn't even fix that), and then left. They then said I would have to repipe my whole house for $7200. I called Waters Plumbing for a second opinion and wow, my experience was night and day. Julie talked to me about the issues that were arising and what it might be. She was always prompt in calling me and had AMAZING customer service. I have to say that again, AMAZING customer service. I've dealt with various contractors and I have to say Waters is top notch. Julie said before we repipe the house, lets try stuff like fixing the running toilets, etc. She sent out a plumber (extremely professional) who fixed the toilets and then found the water leak outside in the ground (photos attached). He fixed it right on the spot so he didn't have to come out again and charge me. Now there are no leaks in the house, and the water is running fine! Total cost was under $400, compared to $7200! Being out of state on active duty Waters could have took advantage of me like the other Plumbers, but they did not. They are hard working Americans, excellent people, and I will recommend them to anyone. YOU CAN'T GET A BETTER PLUMBER! NOTE - if you want to see pictures of the work look at google reviews."

"American Home Shield designated them to work on my heater. The tech came Oct 31 and said I needed a heat regulator. After a week I called and was told it was back ordered. I called after 3 weeks almost a dozen times only got a voicemail, no call back. I called American Home Shield 3 times and they could not get a response. I emailed without any results. Finally because it was getting cold outside and had company coming for Thanksgiving I decided to order the part from Ferguson Plumbing Supply snd got the part delivered in 3 days! I paid a local plumber to install it. I ended up paying a $100 service fee to Cornerstone, them $700 for the part and installation which insurance would not cover. So if you use this company don’t say I did not warn you"
