"I had a great experience working with Ben, who came to replace a faulty shower cartridge. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very skilled at his work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed the job efficiently and neatly. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber."

"In general J&S Plumbing is very responsive, they went out of their way to install a new water heater for us, in a tight space, within just a couple days of my first call. As for plumbing services, they mentioned that they do not charge extra for work in the evenings or on weekends, which many other companies do. The first power-vented water heater they put in had an issue with condensation drip-back, which caused the burner to have intermittent problems keeping the pilot light going. J&S was very professional and responsive to the problem. A month after the initial install, they ended up replacing with another brand new water heater, quickly and at no cost to us."

"Four Seasons arrived earlier than window time and came out to perform the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He said Four Seasons was offering a discount for cleaning the water heater. Since I've only lived here five years and had no idea when it was last cleaned, I also had him clean out water heater. He did an excellent job on both, replaced my furnace filter, and left the area cleaned. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions and said my water heater was very dirty and should now run more efficient."

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"Vasyl was great! He worked with me to figure out the best solution (Spigot with both hot & cold piping for filling the incoming hot tub). While he was there, he noted that my hot water tank expander was installed in a way that was not the most efficient and asked my permission to fix it, just because it bothered him. You can tell he is passionate about his work! I had intended to ask around for quotes (they were the second to visit) but they came in at less than half of the price of the first quote for twice the installation (adding the hot water line), so I agreed on the spot, and Vasyl installed it the next morning."

"They cut right to the chase. Got someone over the day after I called about my water heater. Looked at the problem, got a part and got it fixed fast the next day. Great customer service from Paul! Awesome experience."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."
