He gave me a fair deal on a new water heater made me the first appointment of the day because of having my son in the house and came promptly on time and finished the job very quickly. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

I was told by the office staff that the installation of the new water heater (under lifetime warranty but only five years old when it needed replacing) would take up to six hours. The actual work time was closer to two and a half hours, most of the time was taken up waiting for the delivery of the new heater as well as half-way through Kenny left for another two hours, maybe even longer, to pick up an expansion tank. I had been quoted a price of $950 for the installation . After the installation the office called to ask how I wanted to pay I challenged this amount and ended up paying $850 instead. - I very much appreciated that Quinns were able and did install the hot water heater so quickly but felt I was taken advantage of financially."
