Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. "I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The job was done really well for an incredibly fair price. I’m super grateful to now have an honest, affordable plumber on my speed dial for any future needs! I highly recommend Ryan.
