"Jeremy was very responsive and informative. I had a couple of other quotes that involved various iterations of "replace the old water heater and add these other features at the same time", and we were able to talk through the suggestions and determine what was really necessary. The final quote was very competitive, the new water heater is working great, and the installation itself was fast and without any problems that they couldn't solve without me!"

"James replaced my old electric water heater with a new one. He had to make some modifications, because the new water heater is taller than the old one. He was very quick & competent. After 3 days, this new one seems to be working fine. I will use his services again & recommend him."

"The installer did a thorough job"

"We had a water leak from our water heater. Custom Plumbing of Arizona responded to our problem on the same day. Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

"It was beyond easy to get a new water heater installed. Best pricing I was able to find. Fast install. Kevin was solid!"
