"We needed a new hot water heater. Mike Wagner gave me the quote over the phone with a fair price. Came a couple days later on schedule and installed the new heater. Very professional."

"Did a great job replacing our water heater"

"It went well. The guys who installed the water heater were very professional and answered my questions."

"My 15 year old water heater started leaking and causing my carbon monoxide detector to go off. I decided to just get a new one since it was on its last legs anyway. The first plumbing service I called couldn't fit me in until the following afternoon, so I called Plumb-It instead. Scott quoted me some prices and said he could be there the same afternoon, and in fact, he arrived a little early, which was great. Everything took about 2 hours, the new water heater has been great, and my CO detector has been silent. Definitely would hire again."

"My tenant's water heater stopped working. I called this company and they came out that same afternoon and installed a new one. The whole process went well and my tenant had hot water right away."

"I don't know if our job was easier, or harder than other garage heaters that this crew (company) installed. What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."

"We originally had him come out for a consultation because we needed an iron filter.  He gave us an estimate for that work, but also discovered that our water softener was old and needed to be replaced as well.  His cost estimate was accurate and he was able to come a few weeks later and install/replace in one day.  I'm very pleased with the work that he did I would hire him again if I had any other water issues arise.

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"Called to replace water heater. Replaced next day, professionally at a very reasonable price."
