"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."

We had numerous defects and experienced bait-and-switch tactics during our shower installation. First, the company convinced us to drop the high-quality doors we purchased, assuring us their doors were superior. The doors they installed were, in fact, noticeably cheaper and lower quality. Second, the installation was clearly a rush job resulting in multiple defects: The shower pan was improperly siliconed, causing water to leak out during use. The railing/trim installed above the shower was also not properly siliconed along the top edge; you can press on it and clearly see the inadequate sealing.
