Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Catharpin, VA

"Needed to repair or replace my tankless electric water heater. Many other companies refused to even take a look. Worked with Andy, had to get mine replaced but did it quick and very professional."

"Mermaid Water responded quickly to come out and test our water. The lab results indicated that the water was not safe to drink but Mermaid Water was quick to offer solutions and install the system. The water is now clean and safe to drink again, and the quality of work performed by Jay was fantastic. This company should be your choice if you want honest, knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly service!"

"The Stapleton Team. Made quick contact, scheduled around my time frame, and delivered a skilled tech to solve a basic problem that I couldn't fix. They also recommended additional settings at no cost and proposed other services the company has as a separate fee for service."

"Services were prompt, clean and efficient. Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Water heater was affordable. Estimate (free) was done on site - not guessing over the phone."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"Took two tries, didn’t charge for follow up. Good customer service."

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"I called then on a Saturday afternoon after noticing a water leak in my home. A representative came out within 20 minutes. He explained what he was going to do and discussed the fee. Once he found the leak he explained the fee to fix it. He was courteous, wore a mask at all times and kept his shoes covered. He cleaned up after his repair and showed me what he had done."

"Gabriel was extremely honest and professional. He did not try to upsell me on anything and took the time to explain my options. Since my home is relatively new, he suggested that the water heater or pressure reducing valve (PRV) might still be under warranty and recommended that I check with the builder's contractor before spending money on repairs. He adjusted the water pressure at the PRV, provided a quote for a replacement PRV if needed, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would definitely call Campbell for future plumbing projects and would strongly recommend Gabriel and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy service."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
