"My old water heater was replaced in my small condo utilty room, then we found mold in the wall behind the furnace. The water heater had to come back out to fully mitigate the mold. "Shane, the plumber, cleared the drain clog. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Shane estimated it would take an hour and it took only about half an hour. I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."
