There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. THANK YOU!!"

"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

"The guys from ARS did a great job. They installed an entire new Rheem system in my home, added zoning and still completed the installation in one day. The Installers, Service Technicians and everyone involved in the installation were very professional, they kept me updated on their progress throughout the entire installation and answered all my question, to ensure I was satisfied with both the system and their work.
