"There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

"I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner."

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"Wilfredo did an excellent job! Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. Fantastic diagnostics! Really impressed and likely saved us many future problems. Very pleased with service!"

Everything was resolved within a few hours. We will definitely use their services again!"

"Very quick response from Angi posting for replacement of leaking water heater. Knowledgable and great quality work. Very pleased."

"I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom with water dripping into the basement. The problem was found in reasonable time. The worker was polite and friendly and seemed to know what he is doing. The job was completed in a reasonable time. Only thing I did not like was that the labels on the faucets were switched. I called and wanted to know what to do, and it took them almost a week to get back to me. Still can recommend this company."
