Alvin came to our house on a Saturday to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He not only arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, he informed my husband and I about each step of his inspection. He even showed us where the exhaust was disconnected allowing carbon monoxide to fill our garage. Since the unit was less than 3 years old he encouraged us to

call the manufacturer (replacement part wouldn't be in for another 5 days-No hot water for 5days!!) The benefits in replacing our particular unit out weighed keeping it. By six o'clock that night we had hot water with a terrific guarantee.

Alvin was very personable, professional, and an expert. He taught us about hot water heaters and connections, and how to maintain the unit We were very fortunate he corrected the gas leak and replaced or unit within the same day. Thank you so much.

"It was very good. Honesty of the client was awesome and I will recommend him to other for this. The deal I purchased was of 2 hour plumbing job but my work was not of that long so the guy reimbursed me the extra money I was charged and only deducted the required charges of the service he provided."

"Jack and his partner Warren did neat work on a pipe that was difficult to get at in a cramped space behind a closet in foot-thick concrete. The job took a full five hours, which was the estimate given. They re-concreted the floor, and cleaned everything up to perfection. All around--a job well done."

"I have a combo heating and cooling unit that is about 27 years old. I ran the air conditioning this entire summer without issue. When I went to turn the heat on last week I noticed that the air did blow but it was not heated. The Technician who came out to diagnose my units problem was Warren. He put a lot of effort into diagnosing the issue. He repaired the problematic gas valve and also told me that my unit was in really good shape and  had a lot of life left in it. That put me at ease knowing that I don't have to buy a new unit until I can afford to replace it with a more efficient newer model. Warren did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to others."

"Kevin and his associate were very professional in every way. The sink drain pipe was fixed quickly, and the cabinet rebuilt on a separate trip. Extra flexible piping was used in the drain pip repair to prevent the cracking from re-occurring. I appreciate his competence and willingness to discuss all the aspects of the job. I would definitely call KSM again.

"Steve and Ray did a fantastic job locating a leak below the cement slab of our 2064 square foot one story house. The leak was really hard to find because it was 3 feet below the slab, but they persevered and drew a box on the slab within 2 or 3 feet of the actual leaks, there were 2 leaks a foot apart in the copper pipe. I think they used every method at their disposal to find the leak, including gas injection, sound listening, temperature, air blowing out through holes they drilled, etc.. Even though it took multiple days, they charged us the quoted price. Their communication was the best I've ever experienced, answering emails within 30 minutes even at 10 pm, and phone calls were either answered or returned within 5 minutes. They always came at the exact time they quoted, and sometimes a little early.  For tough leak locating, they rock!
