"I recently had the pleasure of working with Authority Plumbing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the outset, they came to my home with a plan that demonstrated their deep understanding of plumbing challenges. Clayton, the technician assigned to my project, was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and opinions, making sure that I felt heard and valued. He explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding. When a sub-contractor was brought on to streamline the process started making several errors, Clayton quickly took charge of the situation. They fixed these mistakes, alongside resolving my initial drainage issues, at no additional expense, was truly remarkable. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. Thanks to their efforts, my plumbing issues have been resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of professional plumbing services."

"Wesley was very professional. He responded very quickly to my request for his services. He examined the project, gave me a reasonable estimate and then proceeded to fix the problem with his team. Based on the work he and his team performed, I asked him for another estimate on a different project. As soon as my busy schedule frees up, I plan to engage him for that work."

"Very professional, always on time. Would hire them again"

"Eleazar was great. He came out immediately to check things out. He gave me a quote that night. It seemed reasonable. We scheduled the job for the end of the week when I was going to be home. He arrived ontime with his team and solved my problem for what he quoted. Things couldn't have gone better. He's nice, reliable, and trustworthy. I can't same that about any of the other contractors I have met with and hired. He is a hard worker."

"They came and fixed my toilet in 5 minutes. But first they listened to the problem and that's priceless."
