They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. Brian even checked out my sump pump and advised me that the discharge pipe was obstructed and that I needed to take care of that or risk the pump motor burning out. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water.
