"He arrived at 8:30a.m. The new hot water heater was waiting on site. He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try. It would also have meant that we would have to have him return at a later date to install the next water heater. So far it has been doing a great job hearing our water. He was very professional and competent at his job. He took the old heater away for disposal.

"Dylan Neely is a hard working young man that knows his business. My Central Air unit is running constantly but gets up to 78-80 inside. Even though the setting is 71. It is only a 4 yr old unit. Dylan came on a SUN to work around my particular schedule. Checked up inside my air return vent and every valve that could be checked. Very Thorough. Found that a "such n such" valve is bent. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
