"This critique is a little belated, but is warranted nonetheless. Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air, Incorporated did an exemplary job replacing my main sewer line with a process called â pipe-burstingâ . It is a method of replacing the sewer line by pulling a new pipe through the existing sewer line which has deteriorated for one reason or another. It is a method of replacing oneâ s main sewer line without digging a much more expensive and property damaging trench where the sewer line is then replaced. Jon Miller processed my estimate in a most professional manner, and his estimate was accurate and thorough when I received the final bill. His working team (headed by Ernesto) were professional, courteous and thorough in their application of the (aforementioned) pipe-burst replacement. They were diligent in avoiding certain landscaping items I was concerned about becoming damaged, and even pulled out a tree by itâ s roots and disposed of the tree trunk at my request...and at no extra cost! Ernestoâ s team then cleaned the site up which made my job of replacing the affected landscaping much more easily! The best part of their due diligence is that I no longer have a periodically flooded basement with sewage that was backed up by roots growing into my sewer line. I canâ t thank Jon and his team adequately, except by my review of their work. I give them an A+++ on their performance, and recommend them to anyone who has similar problems to what I had!
