"Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "The technician was very nice and did a great job. Old water heater was removed and the new one installed. The technician showed me his work and explained what he had done. I recommend Moncrief."

"Excellent service with water heater and electrical. Technicians were prompt and very knowledgeable."

"The technician was prompt, professional, and provided several options for solving my issue. Given that the current Trane system was 25 years old, he also provided written estimates for two different replacement systems. I opted for the parts replacement and repair and am pleased with the result. The company has also called since to check to see if I was satisfied with their service. Way to go TE Certified!"

"Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."

"The project was excellent. I had a water main that needed repair and the job was completed quickly. High quality work and the plumber took time to explain the repair to me."

"My garbage disposal died. Deep Dive replaced it, checked my water heater as a courtesy. They were quick, efficient and I would recommend them"

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family! Paul Taylor"

"StratCo. Services was amazing. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They replaced my outdated water heater and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!""
